Our locomotives are powered by diesel, battery, trolley and a combination of battery/trolley, while our transfer cars can be AC, DC, battery, diesel, propane or air powered to suit your needs.
Irwin has been the preeminent name in underground rail haulage for more than 120 years, and while coal no longer comes out of the ground in cars, the machinery that drives the worlds mining industries is transported underground on Irwin specialty mining cars.
